Recent years have witnessed an increase in the use of non-judicial methods for settling disputes, as a result of clients and consultants seeking to follow quick, less expensive, and more time- and effort-saving methods for settling disputes. Therefore, lawyers have increasingly played the role of mediators and arbitrators in mediation or arbitration cases attached to the arbitrator, and as a neutral third party in conducting early assessment of cases. In light of the increasing role of lawyers in other neutral consulting roles or roles in the decision-making process in all types of litigation in all legal fields, our office therefore undertakes to plead in all lawsuits before all judicial bodies or national, regional and international arbitration bodies.
