The Nasef Group has extensive experience in managing various legal and commercial aspects related to aviation. This includes handling litigation, corporate affairs, employment matters, passenger claims, baggage and cargo claims, as well as other related issues. These matters may include agreements with charter airlines, aircraft leasing agreements, general losses or breaches, claims arising from events of default and force majeure, airports, and ground handling providers. In addition, the Group also handles aviation insurance matters, regulatory issues, and manages correspondence and legal matters with the Egyptian Civil Aviation Authority.
